Fulfillment policy

Production lead times, shipping windows, and our operational commitments.

Production lead time

Two to three US business days for direct-to-garment, screen-printed, and sublimated orders. Four to six US business days for embroidery and small-batch screen runs. We will tell you in writing as soon as we become aware if your order is likely to fall outside this window.

Shipping

All orders ship from our US facility via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Tracking numbers are returned to your storefront within one hour of label generation.

Domestic shipping windows

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days. UPS Ground: 1-5 business days. USPS Priority: 1-3 business days.

International shipping

International orders ship via tracked international post or DHL Express. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless DDP terms are pre-arranged.

Inventory and base sourcing

Our catalogue is restocked weekly. If a base is short, we will notify you within one business day and suggest the closest alternative.

Holiday and peak-season windows

Production may pause for major US public holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Independence Day, New Year). Peak retail periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the December holiday rush, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and back-to-school weeks may extend stated lead times by one to three business days due to volume; we post any deviation from this policy on the storefront one week ahead of the affected window.

Force Majeure (commitment with transparency)

We commit to the production and shipping windows above as our standard. We also acknowledge that some events are outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, severe weather, public-health emergencies, supplier outages, common-carrier disruptions, utility failures, civil unrest, government action, or other acts of God. When such an event materially affects fulfillment, our commitment is to transparency rather than silence: we notify affected partners within one business day with (1) what happened, (2) which orders are affected, (3) the revised expected timeline, and (4) the options available (continue, cancel for refund, or substitute). Liability during a force-majeure event is limited to the value of affected orders; we do not warrant against consequential or opportunity losses caused by events outside our control. We resume normal operations and post an end-of-event notice as soon as the underlying cause is resolved.
